Stamford's CBRE Closes Deal For U-Haul Parent Company In New Rochelle

STAMFORD, Conn. CBRE Group of Stamford on Tuesday announced the successful sale of the commercial building at 125 Beechwood Ave. in New Rochelle, N.Y. Located on 4.2 acres adjacent to I-95 and a short drive to Manhattan, the 152,000-square-foot building was sold for $6.1 million to Arizona-based AMERCO, the parent company of moving and storage operator U-Haul.
