NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle Public Library system is getting set for a massive overhaul, as several new projects get set to kick off the new year. According to New Rochelle Public Library Director Tom Geoffino, with an assist from various state and local grants, construction crews at the city's libraries are poised to make necessary changes to improve patrons' experience.
