The Westchester Jewish Council will celebrate its 39th Anniversary Gala, "Westchester State of Mind", on Saturday, January 24, 7:15pm at Beth El Synagogue Center, 1324 North Avenue, New Rochelle. The celebration will honor Westchester Jewish Council Executive Director, Elliot Forchheimer for his 10 years of dedication and service to the Westchester Jewish community.
