New Rochelle Parks And Rec To Remove Invasive Vines

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. With winter weather seemingly a thing of the past as springtime rolls around, officials with the New Rochelle Parks and Recreation Department are getting set to once again go to battle with the invasive weeds that have plagued local parks in recent years. During the weekend, Master Gardener and Task Committee Coordinator Bob DelTorto will put together crews of well-intentioned city citizens to assist in the removal of the weeds as part of the new Invasive vine removal program.
