NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. One of three robbery suspects was apprehended by police on Tuesday night after merchandise was stolen from a shoe store in the downtown business district of New Rochelle. Police said that shortly after 5:30 p.m. Triniqua Black, an 18-year-old Maryland native was arrested on North Avenue after three people robbed several items from the Midea Shoe store on Main Street.
