Four more colleges get Start-Up NY nod to lure businesses

Four more New York colleges can use the state's Start-Up NY tax-free benefits to lure private-sector businesses to empty buildings and land on or near their campuses. The Start-Up NY board today approved applications from Iona College in New Rochelle, SUNY Maritime College in the Bronx, Niagara University in Lewiston and Villa Maria College in Buffalo to participate in the program.
