City Council members Barry Fertel and Shari Rackman will host a community meeting for Districts 5 and 6 at 7:30 p.m. Monday. The meeting will feature presentations from the New Rochelle Police Department on "Keeping Your Home Safe," and the Department of Development on "2015 Projects."
