NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle Public Library announced that the scheduled performance of Manhattanville College students set for Sunday has been canceled due to ongoing work repairing the flooring in the library's meeting room, theater and lobby. During the overnight of Feb. 16-17, a pipe burst along an exterior wall of the library.
