NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Juan Barragan-Reyes, who pleaded guilty to a 12-count indictment in October faces up to three years in prison after being sentenced for his role in a fatal accident that took the life of his 19-year-old passenger. Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced that Barragan-Reyes, 22, of New Rochelle, was sentenced to between one and three years in prison after pleading guilty to felony counts of manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter and unlawfully fleeing from police in the crash that took the life of Shaquan Jackson.
