The 80,580-square-foot building was sold by 1625 Arbors South Associates, an affiliate of New Rochelle, N.Y.-based Rugby Realty Co., to G&C Arbors Investors, which is headed by Anuj Grover and Mark Corlew , the principals of the Delray Beach-based commercial real estate investment group. The price equates to $250 per square foot.
