WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. The Friends of Westchester County Parks has announced a special fundraiser for Camp Morty that will take place at its Annual Best Friends Awards Reception Wednesday at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a dedicated auction to pay for several enhancements to the program.
