Leaf Removal Program Yields Cleaner Streets, Storm Drains In New Rochelle

Because of the overwhelming participation in the city's new leaf collection policy, the Public Works crews were able to complete citywide leaf collection by the end of December. The absence of leaf piles made for cleaner streets and storm drains.
