Summer youth employment applications are being accepted for youths ages 14 to 21 for positions through New Rochelle Youth Bureau's summer employment programs. Network Youth Leadership Program: This program provides youth ages 14 to 17 years with job readiness skills training and actual work experience for six weeks during July and August.
