Federation of New York's New Rochelle community came together to make dinner for the residents of Chai House, a residential kosher group home for developmentally disabled women run by Westchester Jewish Community Services , a beneficiary agency of UJA-Federation of New York. The women made dinner in celebration of the Jewish holiday of Tu B'Shevat , the Festival of Trees, which celebrates the blooming of the almond trees in Israel and the pending return of spring.
