The New Rochelle Public Library released its schedule of events for the week following Presidents Day, when local schools will be on recess. The end of the vacation period will feature "How Sweet the Sound," a free musical program created by Julia Breanetta Simpson for African-American Heritage Month, on Sunday, Feb. 22, at 3 p.m. in the library's Ossie Davis Theater.
