The Young Arts on the Rise exhibit kicks off with a reception/awards ceremony from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 4 at the Mamaroneck Artists Guild . The exhibit features work by Mamaroneck High School, New Rochelle and French American School students.
