The family of a disabled girl who was left in an upper floor of New Rochelle High School during a fire emergency is suing the School District for "at least" $26 million, according to LoHud. Previously, the District admitted it broke federal law in 2013 by not evacuating two students who use wheelchairs during an emergency when other students were sent out of the building.
