Archbishop Stepinac's football team remained second in the New York state high school football rankings compiled by MaxPreps, while New Rochelle jumped up 27 spots and into the top 50. Stepinac is ranked only behind Canisius of Buffalo. Iona Prep , Rye Neck , Yorktown and New Rochelle were also ranked in the top 50 in the New York rankings.
