New Rochelle native Ray Rice will appeal his indefinite suspension by the NFL by claiming the video footage of him knocking his now-wife unconscious in an Atlantic City casino elevator was edited, according to News 12 Westchester. Jennifer Czarniecki, a Mohegan Lake resident who was crowned Mrs. Westchester in January, was arrested and charged with stealing from the group home where she worked, according to Investigator John Rodriguez of the New York State Police.
