Temel Clarke, of Brooklyn, faces charges after New Rochelle high-speed chase with police

Police say Temel Clarke, 19, of Brooklyn, was involved in the chase that began in Mount Vernon and ended at the corner of Ronald Lane and Hill Street in New Rochelle, just after 2 p.m Tuesday.
