The College of New Rochelle and John S. Burke Catholic High School in Goshen have announced a new partnership that will offer college degree program opportunities to communities in the Orange County area. Beginning in the fall 2015, The College of New Rochelle will offer its Master's In Public Administration Program on site at Burke Catholic High School.
