Southbound Hutchinson River Parkway Closed After Crash; Delays On I-95

Farther south, an accident reported at 2:35 p.m. is taking out the left lane of southbound I-95 at the interchange of the Hutchinson River Parkway with stop-and-go traffic back up to North Avenue in New Rochelle .
