The Friends of Westchester County Parks has announced the honorees for its annual Best Friends Awards Reception set for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 8 at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle. This year's honorees will include Westchester Medical Center, Business Council of Westchester's Rising Stars Alumni, Robert DelTorto and REI.
