A Sherlock Holmes Film Festival will be held in the Ossie Davis Theater of the New Rochelle Public Library on Saturday, Sept. 27, from noon to 4:30 p.m. The event is the third annual film festival presented by The Three Garridebs, members of the Westchester scion of The Baker Street Irregulars and will celebrate Sherlock Holmes, Dr. John H. Watson and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
