The New York Times recently detailed the struggles New Rochelle High School and the surrounding community have had following the fall of local hero Ray Rice. Following Rice's indefinite suspension from the NFL, New Rochelle school officials decided to take down Rice's Baltimore Ravens jersey as well as a photo placard.
