The College of New Rochelle and John S. Burke Catholic High School in Goshen, NY, Monday announced a new partnership that will offer "college degree program opportunities to communities in the Orange County area." The initiative is slated to begin in the fall with CNR offering a Master's in Public Administration Program at the high school.
