New Rochelle resident Alejandro Valdovinos-Diaz, 31, was indicted this week in federal court on charges he tried to hire a hitman to kill a Texas man, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Valdovinos-Diaz is alleged to have had an affair with the man's wife, and fearing that the man might try to kill him over the tryst, Valdovinos-Diaz tried to hire someone to kill the man first.
