Elementary school-aged children in Pre-K through Grade 5 are invited to participate in a variety of free programs being held at the main New Rochelle Public Library and the Huguenot Children's Library during spring vacation week. These programs are made possible by the generosity of the Friends of the New Rochelle Public Library and the Partnership for the Huguenot Children's Library, both 501c3 non-profit organizations.
