NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The Habitat for Humanity is celebrating the 100th birthday of New Rochelle resident William Francis Moye, who has always been known as Bill or Billy, on Saturday. Moye was born in New Rochelle on March 26, 1915, and attended New Rochelle schools, leaving New Rochelle High School after his father's death.
