NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Some of the most talented musicians to walk the halls of New Rochelle schools are set to take center stage this summer at the famed Carnegie Hall. Current New Rochelle high school music students will be joined by some of the district's famous alumni on stage to put on a special concert at Carnegie courtesy of the New Rochelle Fund for Educational Excellence.
