NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. In an effort to pacify angry motorists attempting to traverse pothole-riddled city streets, the City Council has pledged $2 million for road repairs. Council members approved a $2 million bond that will allow the Department of Public Works and outside contractors to swiftly get to work repairing city roadways, which were ravaged by the winter's harsh weather.
