NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle Youth Bureau is accepting applications for the STRIVE Leadership Academy, Youth Council and needs volunteers for the youth board. The Youth Council offers young people grades eight to 11 the opportunity to be a part of a select group of individuals who are concerned with youth-related issues within the community.
