The Independent Democratic Conference and Senate Republicans have released a report that showed 13 cases in Westchester and Rockland counties where sex offenders lived near pre-kindergarten schools, Gannett's Albany Bureau reported. The senators contended in the report that they found six sex offenders living near the schools in Mount Vernon, three in Yonkers, two in New Rochelle and one in White Plains.
