Sex offenders live near prekindergarten schools in Mount Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle and White Plains, according to a report by the New York State Senate Coalition. A story from Gannett's Albany bureau said six sex offenders were found to be living near prekindergartens in Mount Vernon, three in Yonkers, two in New Rochelle and one in White Plains.
