NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Just days after the New Rochelle Police Department issued its annual statement , citing historically low crime rates, a group of teenagers were arrested early Sunday morning after a downtown crime spree. The six teenagers were accused of assaulting and robbing their victims in the business district over a span of approximately an hour before they were apprehended by police with the help of Big Brother .
