The driver of the Red Toyota Tacoma pickup truck involved in a serious traffic incident on Saturday has turned himself into the New Rochelle police. Oliveros was wanted by police after incident Saturday morning in which a Bronx man was dragged under the wheel of his truck as Oliveros sped away from the scene of a traffic colission at the intersection of North Avenue and Quaker Ridge Road.
