NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. With a Nor'easter rapidly approaching the area, threatening to dump more than two feet of snow in the area, the New Rochelle School District has announced that students will be dismissed early before the brunt of the snowstorm hits. District officials announced that "all City School District of New Rochelle" schools will be following a half day dismissal procedure due to the impending storm."
