New Rochelle State of the City Address Set for March 5th

New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson will deliver the annual State of the City address on Thursday, March 5th 7:30pm at the Davenport Club. Prior to the speech, the Chamber will host a reservation-only reception and dinner.
