NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Four students at The Ursuline School won the new social-media vote in the 13th annual "Festival of Lighthouses" contest held at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk. The students' lighthouse, called "Gerald the Anglerfish," was made by Claire Dillon, Quinn Murphy, Maeve Hughes and Emily Herrmann.
