Twenty-four-year-old Martin Oliveros of New Rochelle turned himself into police custody Tuesday and was arrested on a felony assault charge in connection with a hit-and-run accident that left a Bronx man critically injured. The Journal News reports that the public provided police with tips about Oliveros' red Toyota pickup truck, which helped crack the case.
