The New Rochelle Public Library will continue to host the Steps to Success Program, in conjunction with the Youth Bureau of the City of New Rochelle, Monroe College and Westchester Library System. Volunteers are available four days a week -- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:00 to 7:50 p.m. and Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:50 p.m. -- until the end of the school year in June.
