NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. In advance of a potentially legendary nor'easter that is threatening to drop more than two feet of snow on the East Coast, officials at the New Rochelle School District have announced that classes have been canceled on Tuesday. On Monday, Schools Superintendent Brian Osborne announced that all after school programs have been cancelled, and schools will be closed entirely on Tuesday with Winter Storm Juno rapidly approaching.
