An accident now on the shoulder that originally took out the left lane on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway is causing stop-and-go traffic between the Cross County Parkway and North Avenue in New Rochelle. There is also stop-and-go traffic on the westbound Cross County Parkway between I-87 and the Saw Mill Parkway in Yonkers.
