The City School District of New Rochelle is introducing the state Seal of Biliteracy program through two meetings on Wednesday and Thursday. All New Rochelle parents are invited to a meeting 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday to hear how their children can be recognized upon high school graduation for mastering more than one language.
