Two inches of snowfall was reported in central Westchester -- in Armonk -- at 3:40 p.m. by the National Weather Service. A truck rollover has resulted in the closure of southbound I-95 in New Rochelle between North Avenue and Route 1 , reported at 4:30 p.m. It's stop-and-go on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway following an accident between East 3rd Street and Lincoln Avenue reported at 4:35 p.m. An accident on the Cross Westchester Expressway , reported at 4:20 p.m., slowed down traffic near Exit 1 in Greenburgh.
