A truck rollover has resulted in the closure of southbound I-95 in New Rochelle between North Avenue and Route 1 , reported at 4:30 p.m. An accident on the Cross Westchester Expressway , reported at 4:20 p.m., slowed down traffic near Exit 1 in Greenburgh. An accident reported at 3:40 p.m. on the northbound Sprain Brook Parkway resulted in two lanes being blocked between Tuckahoe Road and Jackson Avenue in Yonkers.
